FamWell currently delivers within South Africa only.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on location and courier service.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Once an order is handed to the courier, delivery timelines are subject to the courier’s service levels. FamWell is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may incur additional charges.
